SSD Safety is proud to be a fully authorised premier service centre for a diverse selection of health and safety product manufacturers including Capital Safety (Sala, Protecta, USCL and Rollgliss), Ridgegear, GMI and MSA Altair.

Unlike other personal protective and safety equipment suppliers we have a servicing workshop on site which means we can service all safety equipment quicker and to the high standards that we pride ourselves on. None of your equipment leaves our workshop. We can also track equipment through each stage of servicing, from receipt to dispatch back to our customers, which eliminates the risk of equipment being tampered with.
Serviced equipment that requires any further repair or extra parts will be quoted on before we start the work, so the cost is at a price which our customers expect and ensuring that there are no unwanted surprises.

Getting your equipment serviced correctly is fundamental to maintaining standards and reliability. If we a receive a product which we are not a service agent of, we will tell you and then ask you for further instructions. The equipment we service is all returned to customers with the relevant certificates and document history relating to each individual service and to this date we have never logged an accident involving equipment we have serviced.
